Pros
Benefits- pretty good 2 Vacation + 1 week sick time Volunteer paid program Matching donations 3:1 Constant prizes: gift cards, food, company merch, recognition! Programs that create recognition for team mates; one example would be "Ambassador of Love" - if you're nominated you get couple hundred dollars, etc. Tuition reimbursement - you can use it towards any certification you may want. Anniversaries: at 5 and 10 year mark you get couple of thousands of dollars; at your smaller anniversaries, you'll get some nice merch! Programs that promote giving back to the people during important life events- marriage, loss, divorce, new baby, new adoption, going through difficult health problems (cancer, etc) Flexible schedule in some departments. Opportunities to grow and move within the company- of course if you're in good standing.
Cons
Some of the leadership - not everyone! - is lacking compassion and feel entitled/ demanding. The CEO, Matt Esler wouldn't agree with this if he would see it first hand, because I'm sure that's not the culture he would like in his company. Especially because he's such a down to Earth person and talks to everyone the same way, no matter the role!
