    Pros

    You can move up quickly. More work you do the more you make. Everyone will help the ones willing to work. No lay offs. Down to earth folks, even supervisor will help you.

    Cons

    12 hour doing the same thing. Hot. Have to ware earplugs and can't go to your car on breaks.

    have good benifits kinda good pay depends and ill explain in cons

    the managers dont listen they want you ot make them mony but what u make doesnt concern them they work you 9 hrs a day and have 10 min breaks but if u want to go to ur car to smoke or even just sit you have 5 mins to do so beacuse it takes 2-3 to get out there to your car because they moved our clockin clock to the back so we have to leave at 12 for break and have to ewalk 2-3 mins thought the place then wait on the food truck for 10 mins then u can go sit down but u have to leave at 12:25 to be back to clock in so u get about 15 mins on a good day to actually relax they make us work 6 days a week 9 hrs a day and give us breaks. also if they mess up your pay they wont fix it theyll get mad. expect you to not say or do anything. i flipped off THE GROUND bc im respecful im not going to flip the manger off but i wasnt going to allow them to mess my pay up and instead of going off i flipped off the floor and got fired bc its against policy they tried firing my boyfriend for the same thing when they are rude and expect you not to say something

    Old School-Failing to Evolve

    Pros

    You get a paycheck, they have vision, dental, health insurance, 401K matching. Sock discount.

    Cons

    Old boy's club work environment. Most of those at the top are older, white men. The company does not show any loyalty to workers. Favoritism is rampant-some will continuously make mistakes that cost the company money while others will make small mistakes and pay. Company does things that are not always in their best long term interest. Very little room to move up or get raises. If you do well you get rewarded with more work and added responsibilities and no compensation although we got a $20 Amazon card instead of a bonus. Working with other teams can be challenging and people spend a lot of time trying to blame other teams for mistakes or things not happening fast enough than working. At one point they made a show of trying to promote diversity and listen to POC by forming a committee but then it never happened. At the start of Covid, management was very slow to act on the pandemic and things felt very unsafe. HR is not great at providing any reasonable accommodations for disabilities. Management pushed hard to have workers return to the office because they missed meeting in person. They are the only ones who wanted to return to the office even though we could do our work remotely. The processes are still not easy to do and take a lot of time to do compared to how long it should normally take. They finally implemented a new system but it still is not ideal or easy to look up or retrieve necessary data to do your job tasks. They said that they wanted to make processes uniform across brands but still certain brands do things certain ways and do not utilize best practices. You have to know the nuances for each brand and brand team in order to try to make things work. Management can make it difficult to take your vacation days and you are not able to take more than 5 days in a row at a time. It is hard to get a bonus because the whole company needs to meet certain goals and even if your division meets their goal, you won't get a bonus. Company has not met their goals in several years so hardly anything in a bonus.

    Pros

    This company is close to home. Great co-workers in my department. Great co-worker’s in general.

    Cons

    A ton of changes over the last few years including being sold twice and 2 new CEO’s. Since Warren’s passing. Newest CEO feels that local workers are substandard compared to the bigger cities.

    Pros

    great place to learn business operations of larger companies and appreciate the nuances of a smaller business, easy to get your voice heard, landscape is ripe with opportunity.

    Cons

    Unnecessarily political between departments, senior management is conflict-avoidant so little change occurs. New CEO just wants/needs to sell the business and so employee future is a little unstable; sales volume decreases annually.
