    Pros

Opportunity for advancement, competitive pay, good benifits and you meet lots of good people, and are able to help some through hard times.

    Cons

You work every Saturday. And never have two days off in a row. Customers can be aggressive and combative. Entering other people's homes for repossession can be quirky.

    Advice to Management

Improve quality if life for your employees. 1 sat a month off or 2 days in a row is a must. Allow more control at the store level on pricing etc to battle sales at other rental companies

    I worked at Rent-A-Center full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Pay
Advancement opportunities due to high turnover not sure if that is a pro or not
    Employee Discount
    Closed on Sundays

    Cons

    Work/Home Life
Ever changing direction of the company
Management thinking that service in today's day will compensate for being the highest price competitor in the business.

    Advice to Management

Go through your DM's Facebook profiles and see which of them are on Facebook all day and start replacing them with someone who has the commitment to put their phone down throughout the day and actually work at the store they are in for the day. It doesn't help the organization when the hourly co-workers see this happening all day everyday
