I worked at Rent America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great Benifits, Great Distric Manager, Paid Vaccations,

    Cons

Training was CRAPPY!!! Trained myself and did great!

    Advice to Management

Make sure managers know the job before trying to change the job! Make training a priority! For employees AND managers! I dont feel like the store was as productive as it could have been due to poor training. From management down the line.

    Pros

It's a really great company to work for if you like the small town company role model. It's not a bad job when you really need to excel.

    Cons

Way too much time off from the important things that need to get done in order for the company to follow through with hiring practices.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to what really matter and not so much of what you may hear and base a figure in your mind.
