      Pros

      Benefits and working from home

      Cons

management doesn't care about the customer service floor at all. In the past year, they took away weekends, summer holidays, and I'm sure other holidays are at risk. They pay much lower than their competitors and do not care if you try to bring up any issues ith HR. There was an instance where a lead HR told a customer service agent to get a new job if they didn't like what they were doing, instead of trying to meet the person halfway. RTR ONLY shows that they care about corporate, they are constantly posting pictures about what they do for their employees but it's all pictures of corporate employees. They do not care about customer service, aka the voice of RTR, and they constantly hire from outside. Go apply to The Real Real instead.

      Best Breakup Ever

      Pros

Maybe I would have one if you asked me 6 months ago.

      Cons

Where do I begin? You've already heard of webinar firing of all retail employees, a chunk of corporate employees, etc. literally the second week of the pandemic. First of all, management is terrible and is obsessed with sucking up to their superiors. They will talk terribly about their manager, and then smile and laugh to their face within 30 seconds. There was a huge assumption between CX and the corporate that corporate had it all. Trust me, it wasn't great, just for different reasons. I was always answering an email or on the phone with someone every weekend, and weekdays up until 10pm. This was a normal occurrence. Instead of trying to fix the divide, the company deepened this hatred between CX and HQ, as they were never invited to COMPANY events. No, not even a holiday party. Yeah, I would say that the clothes is a perk. However, you're not allowed to use your membership during peak times of the year. Which I totally understand, but since all humans are literally dressing up for similar occasions, it would've been nice to get a free membership during this time, or even a deeper discount, as it was not even 50% off to rent even 4 things a month due to the limitations. All in all, people do not care at all what happens to you, what you bring, or whatever usually matters. You will get a raise when the company sees "fit", but more so because they are obligated. Anything decent that the company did was all for show. Makes sense for a fashion company, I guess.
