Upper management are "yes men". No clue how to run the company and treat the employees. No direction. Blind leading the blind is the best description. They let people go without any thought of how to get the work done. It's left up to the remaining employees to figure it out - without any compensation for the added workload. Beware when they start asking you to list your job description.

This organization constantly proclaims in emails and meetings that we, its people, are its "biggest asset." And yet neither my colleagues nor I feel this is the case. Unless you enjoy working with people who don't care what you have to say and also 98% white men, run as far away from Repairify as you can.
