Where to begin... Initially promised to be a full-remote job, they recently started requiring that people from Novi Sad and Belgrade work in the office 1-3 days a week. People constantly get "promoted", however a promotion in Replai just means more work for the same pay. Asking for a raise brings you virtually nowhere, as you will get ignored for months, and maybe after enough months pass you will get a 2%-8% raise. Even though you switch positions constantly, your role in the company stays the same. Overwork is drastic. While nobody ever officially states that you "must work overtime" it is always expected of you. There were instances where a project coordinator contacted several employees on their personal phones, long past their working hours, to come back and work. They always frown upon people who leave when their working hours are over, for instance if you work until 4pm and leave at 4pm, they will hold a grudge against you for not staying longer. Overtime is NOT compensated. Complete disregard of employee's opinions, regardless of how long they have been employed. Prone to fire people over their opinions on how the company operates, even if those employees significantly contributed to the company's success. All in all, Replai is a company that absolutely does not care for its workers, and will exploit them as much as they possibly can.

This company has very poor team management. The leadership is awful, and the CEOs are unprofessional and unpleasant. Work hours are never what they promise, and the schedule constantly changes. Employees are often overworked, and management can be mean at times. Overall, it’s a toxic work environment and I would not recommend working here. They fire you out of the blue with no warning, after leading you on for months and being best in your feild.
