Pros

Installed solar to help consumers regain control of how much they spend on electricity. Other employees were great people and workers.

Cons

The executive management team including the CEO, COO and a horrible Schlipp decided it would be best to lie to franchisees and installation partners as not pay them for the sales and construction work/labor that was performed. Corporate held on and stole the money from completed projects that was supposed to be funneled through them by financial institutions and dispersed to partners that did the work. They then proceeded to either have Project/Account Managers play hooky with the partners, or they held meeting with these partners and lied to their faces. Corporate stated they never got paid by the finance companies l, when in fact they did. This company has since went out of business and left franchisee owners and partners to hold a bag that carried a mess corporate management created.

Pros

- if you happen to work in the right departments: nice collaborative colleagues and room to learn a lot - top work-life balance - leave room to the employee for experiment - nice and comfortable workspace - outdated processes (situation improving a bit)

Cons

- poor collaboration among different depts - no room for growth - poor management - compensation and benefits are below the industry level
