I worked at Republic of Singapore Air Force full-time

    Pros

    - Uniform provided (not need to buy your own)
    - Lunch provided
    - On job training
    - Stable job

    Cons

Besides your primary appointment, you will be given at least one secondary appointment. If there was lack of manpower, it is highly possible you get more secondary appointment (which means you will be required to do OT)

Career prospects vary depending on what position you're at (for officers, they got more chance of rotating around while technicians are more confined to one place).

    Advice to Management

It would be beneficial if the organization could hire people or sub - contract the secondary appointment as it is taking up too much time when we should concentrate on our primary job.

    Cons

Slow progression if you are not scholar
