    Pros

    Great upper management. They do everything they can to schedule you to work closely to home. Cool technology, data analysis and applications to reservoir optimization.

    Cons

    100% travel position. It can be hard to live in a hotel room for extended periods of time but that's the oil field.

    Great benefits, extended mental health benefits, superb culture and managers who care about their people, flexible work from home options

    Cons

    ResMed used to lead the industry in compensation. A major overhaul of their compensation plan for all employees is needed.

    Great supervisors and co-workers. Great environment and feedback process.

    Pros

    Compensation seems competitive, but when you add up the actual amount of work you do it's not enough.

    Cons

    Their suggestions for wellness were to "take walks during meetings" or otherwise involved continuing to work but somewhere that gives you the illusion of taking a break.
