I have been working at ResMed full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Higher growth with lots of opportunities if you work long hours in the office and willing to move around. Really nice people work here.

    Cons

Work culture is antiquated, and hierarchical. Not progressive when it comes to flexibility. Not very many women in management. Worker bees are not empowered to make decisions.

    Advice to Management

Focus on diversity, get policies in place for remote l, part time and flex working

I worked at ResMed full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Intense training. Great benefits. Amazing events. The people in the office were extremely impressive and professional. I truly enjoyed the relationships I established while I was there.

    Cons

The reps were not easy to work with as they were certainly not "team" players. Their sales strategies were very outlandish by offering specials that would never apply appropriately.

    Pros

    Competitive Salary. Beautiful Facility.

    Cons

Work/Life balance is said to be encouraged but by personal experience was not supported. Company has suffered greatly from growing pains. High turnover from career seekers wanting to gain experience then moving on.

    I worked at ResMed full-time

    Pros

    -Great atmosphere
    -Great People
-State of the art work place
-Monthly training on new products or addition
-Free Food, snacks, drinks, etc every month
-love everything about this company but...

    Cons

-Bad management, they only care about who they like to succeed. High turnover rate with minimum growth.

    Advice to Management

Hire within, motivate your employees, that would make work for worth its wild. Like I mention their is a lot of cons, but when their is a huge disconnect amongst management, it makes working there tough for employees to enjoy what Resmed offers.

I worked at ResMed full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, nice facilities, decent amount of company events, effort to convey transparency to the rest of the company. Strong sales and growth strategies.

    Cons

Weird nepotism, sales-is-king-attitude, lots of departmental shifting/repurposing that created satellites (isolated teams).

    Advice to Management

Cut the deadweight. Stick to what the company is good at: Healthcare.

I worked at ResMed full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good company to work for but business is not doing as well as it was. The department I worked in was very small and we were overworked.

    Cons

Limited training but all and all, a good place to work, however, definitely a political environment.

    Advice to Management

Talk to people, don't look down on employees.
