    People here are nice and friendly. They help each other. They offer remote work.

    - Long hours
    - Work never ends!

    Advice to Management

    - Improve website. Make it more professional. Make computer service, computer support, etc like an item so customer can buy it if they need. Increase sales on website.

    I have been working at Rescuecom (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The people there are the best and they really care. If you have the right manager, they will take care of you. The founder is a wonderful person who really cares about the employees and the culture.

    Cons

    The pay can be a little low for those that are just there for a job. If you put in the extra effort and stand out, you can get noticed.

    Communicate with all your employees

    There are many pros to working for Rescuecom! Rescuecom is an absolutely fantastic company to work for! The CEO of the company is a very professional person who cares about his employed and customers! There are many great experiences & learning opportunities working for Rescuecom!!

    There are no cons to report for RESCUECOM!! It is a fantastic company to work for! I am very much enjoying my time working with RESCUECOM!

    I have been working at Rescuecom full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Rescuecom provides an excellent work environment that is focused on results. Employees are rewarded for hard work and dedication to our customers’ needs. It’s a pleasure to work for a company that employs the most qualified technicians in the industry, and always delivers what is promised in a timely manner.

    Cons

    This is not really a con; but you should expect to give 100% effort if offered a position here. Excellence is expected of all Rescuecom employees. Anything less than total dedication to providing fast and flawless service is not tolerated.

    Advice to Management

    Excellent business model, and value proposition. Continue providing superlative customer service. There is a 20 word minimum here, and not much else to add.

    Pros

    Working with Rescuecom Allows you to stay current with Technology as it becomes Available. Being a Technician makes Customers lives Easier by Solving there Technology Problems and it also allows you to Interact with Interesting People Everyday. CEO is Proactive in Developing Solutions that Help Employees and Customers.

    Cons

    Working Long Hours and Maybe asked to Stay Longer then Normal Shifts and also must be Flexible for the Company and Customers.

    Advice to Management

    Hire More Staff to Better Serve Customers and Find Better Ways to Communicate with Employees.

    Pros

    Owned by a brilliant and generous business man. I had a college degree but couldn't find a job anywhere. I was working retail. RESCUECOM gave me a chance and it's been the best career move I could have made. With what I've learned from RESCUECOM I have been able to grow my career exponentially!

    Cons

    None. RESCUECOM is a great place to work, the more you put into the job the more you get out of it.

    Advice to Management

    None, but there is a twenty word minimum so, keep on doing what you're doing.

    Pros

    *Provided the opportunity to grow- both technically and professionally
    *If you do your job well, you are all but guaranteed the ability to get more responsibility and opportunity
    *Management ultra focused on business and genuinely cares about the success
    *Continually searching for ways to improve all areas of the business.
    *You are not just a number- if you do good work you can make a very real impact and be rewarded for it

    Cons

    *Not necessarily a con- however management focused on continual improvements for the company and this results in frequent change which can frustrate some employees who feel like there's always something new to learn and do.
    *with frequent change and a very entrepreneurial setting come long hours and hard work- Again, not a con necessarily but something to be aware of.

    Advice to Management

    People, Process, and Technology- this is what will drive success going forward- continue focusing on the best of all 3.
