    Cons

    Vacation package is not the best. One must earn hours per pay period. Therefore one cannot take vacation until one has earned enough equated days to hours.

    Casual work environment. Located in close proximity to Penn Station and Port Authority

    Many employees at organization 10+ years and think longevity earns promotions. It is hard to bring in new and/or promote new talent due H/R's support of existing long term employees and concerns of complaints to union.
