Pros
It’s a smaller company, so you really get a chance to know your coworkers well. It felt like a family. If you work hard, they notice it and try to help you grow. Everyone is really kind and will genuinely help you when you struggle. It’s an amazing place to work for!
Cons
At times, it can be a bit demanding but I feel like they notice it and try to build preventative processes for it.

Pros
I was a digital communications here at Reservations.com for my fall 2016 semester and I absolutely loved it! The employees are extremely friendly and everyone is a team player and is really great to work with. I was encouraged to incorporate my own personality into my assignments and that really helped to fuel my creativity and helped me grow professionally which ultimately is the entire goal of an internship!

Pros
I have been working with the company for almost 2 yrs and by far the best company in central Florida that I have worked for, the work ethics, atmosphere, dynamic, support and career opportunity it’s been amazing. The team is so supportive and friendly, everyone like and respect each other, working hard as a team to achieve the company goals and expectations. Upper managements as well the founders are incredible caring and professional, they always encourage everyone, you feel you working with leaders not bosses, the interaction between all is great. After coming from work with big corporation for more than 7 yrs, I have to say that Reservations.com exceed my expectations, I highly recommended.
Cons
At times we face challenges as company continue growing so fast, this is great, also upper management always help us go through the process and support us with it. A good cons for sure. we all face challenges that at the end help us to brainstorm and think outside the box, we are not just doing a job, we are excelling ourselves.

Everyone is very helpfulEveryone is very helpfulEveryone is very helpful, always ready to answer questions. Everyone is very close, almost like a little family at work. Learned a lot of new things.
Cons
I had a pretty long commute to downtown but other than that, none!

Pros
Everyone was friendly and communicative towards one another. While people conversed with each other, they still got work done. I looked forward to coming in each day.
Cons
I didn't really see any problems the company had. Everyone did what they had to do and enjoyed their time there. I'm sure whatever challenge they might face, it will be no problem to them.

Pros
Founders are really involved, Pay is what it should for the job titles, Management really listens to everyone about making it a better work place. Not alot of red tape, if something is wrong, work is started quickly on getting it fixed.
Cons
PTO could be more like what every one else has.

Pros
Great company to work for. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable & strives to better everyone around them. They make it a fun place to work, with company outings and snacks! Besides all that, I've learned and grown a lot since working here. The CEO's are also extremely involved in the Orlando community, and it's nice to work for a company that gives back.
Cons
There is no 401K matching.

Pros
Awesome infrastructure, Work life balance is perfect, Management is very supportive when it comes to taking up new opportunities. Everyone is friendly and communicative towards one another. While people conversed with each other, they still get work done.
Cons
I don't see any problem working here, as i said this is a great place to work at, these people value skilled developers and if you have the right skills this is the place to work for you.

Pros
Coworkers were the only benefit of working here
Cons
Management and Cofounders are living in the past. Nothing here is done correctly or up to industry standards. Everything here is a hot mess express. Also all of the “positive reviews” are from us having to wright reviews weekly so they could hopefully get rid of the negative reviews on Google SERP. Run don’t walk away from this company. The pay is low, the work is boring, you will gain zero knowledge or experience from this place. The Cofounders think everyone is stupid and they have huge god complexes. The website and call center have practices and settings in place to make it deceptive to consumers. Most people that purchase through this service thought they were booking with the hotel.
