    Pros

    It's a job. There is actually some chance for advancement because of turn over, both voluntary and involuntary.

    Cons

    Company did not value experience. Just wants cheap labor. They cut higher paid employees to promote lower paid ones.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate with other managers don't think they know what's going on. Stop micro managing.
