    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Reserveage Organics full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nice central location with covered parking.

    Cons

I have never seen morale so low, at any company. Poorly organized, poorly structured and execs who have no actual business experience or sense. Most marketing is geared toward existing customers with little attempt to find new costumers.

    Advice to Management

Hire people who know what they are doing - not just friends and neighbors. Improve morale before you have no employees left.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Reserveage Organics full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Some of the staff is friendly

    Cons

Senior management seem sto be people who are lost in their careers and seem to be trying to prove something. There is a lot of finger pointing in the environment which has lowered employee morale. The roles are not well defined which results in employees doing work that's not their responsibility. Overall, not efficient. Lots of rework because of lack of trust in employees.

    Advice to Management

Make this an enjoyable place to work. Many employees come into work knowing that they're going to be yelled at about something, and that's not a way to run a company. Better technology is also necessary. Desktops are a thing of the past.

I worked at Reserveage Organics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Innovative company with fairly good intentions in the nutritional supplement industry.

    Cons

Lack of transparency is a main M.O. at this organization, lack of business strategy, lack of honest & properly trained HR support, over-worked employees, culture of horrible morale, avoidance of difficult issues by CEO, extreme lack of transparency around major business changes.

    Advice to Management

People are precious and your greatest asset.

I have been working at Reserveage Organics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Young workforce, college educated staff. Typical 8-5 job. Room for advancement. The culture of the office is a nice one to work in. They have good benefits as well.

    Cons

Unorgranized, extremely high turnover, disgruntled staff. Employees were constantly looking for other jobs while being employed here. Turnover too high for a career, people saw this position as a pitstop.

    Advice to Management

Slow down on firing/letting people go. Transparency helps retention.
