I have been working at Residential Options full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great Job very rewarding. Work hard and they will bend over backwards to help you do well and succeed. Very supportive office if you work hard and show you are committed and care about residents. They are doing the best they can with what little they have.

    Cons

Unfortunately company is growing rapidly and it's easy to get lost in the crowd. Lot's of downtime so you'll need to be careful as many of your coworkers will pass the time with gossip. Be very careful. No real chances for advancement without a degree. Pay is low.

    Advice to Management

Slow down don't grow too fast work hard to recognize talent when it does arrive- Reward them with options of overtime (don't sit a lazy body in a house before you try the talent first).

    Pros

The upper management and HR supervisor were good people. Time off was given when requested. Flexible with school schedules

    Cons

Sometimes there was disorganization and a lack of communication but this was often due to them being incredible overwhelmed and understaffed at times.

    Advice to Management

Hire more managers and techs. Advertise more on campus and target health science students.

    Pros

Hours can be adjusted to be unique to each employee.

    Cons

Gossip, professionalism, lack of respectfulness, little to no training and then you get in trouble for not doing something right, resentment when you give your notice. Also have to fight for full last pay check, and LOA paid hours, they do not like to pay what they owe, be careful!!!

    Advice to Management

Respect your employees for who they are and give proper training, which sorely lacks within the company!!!
