Pros
They do not micromanage you. They're very flexible and understanding when life happens. As long as you know how to do your job and make your billable hour requirements it's a great place to work.
Cons
Could use better team work structure and organization.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
some offices have a remote work option
Cons
unreasonable billing expectations and low bonuses

Good Firm for 1st-2nd Year Associates
Dec 12, 2022 - Associate AttorneyRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Professional and cordial work environment.
Cons
Does not pay well. First and second years who did not get job offers during 3Ls likely thrive here. Anytime after those first couple years, you will not see much of any new type of work, you will not be paid according to your experience, and long hours worked or continued good work product do not equate to commensurate bonus or salary increase.
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Nice people. They just let you do your job.
Cons
It's busy and it's hard to get any help since everyone is so busy. Not enough training. But these are very minor things. All and All I love it.

Pros
Room for growth; lots of experienced partners who are willing to strategize with younger associates; great firm culture.
Cons
The workload can get overwhelming but support staff is in place to help manage.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
There is no micromanagement if you can get your billable hours.
Cons
Lack of organizational support and lack of sufficient litigation support staff.
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Competitive compensation and they’re pretty flexible with hours. As in you can start late and work late as opposed to mandatory 9-5
Cons
They will burn you out. They are so busy that they just keep adding and adding until you’re struggling to keep your head above water
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
I had a kind manager.
Cons
There is no room for growth. My performance was double that of a colleagues and there was no compensation for the additional value. Unfortunately, your performance is not seriously considered.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Organized Not Micro Managed Great People paid holidays
Cons
dont really have thing to say
