Pros
- Good atmosphere, which comes from the top. Everyone is expected to produce, but requests are never unreasonable - Staff is encouraged to develop their own projects if they are relevant to the general mission - New challenges arise all the time, day-to-day never gets boring
Cons
- Still a small firm, so all of us tend to participate in everything at some level. Larger firms may have more infrastructure to facilitate certain tasks

Pros
This is a completely collaborative environment with a very flat reporting structure. The people are smart, kind, and funny. It's a great place to come to work everyday, and there's always someone to learn from and something new to explore and understand because the science is very sophisticated. Great team that handled the COVID-19 mayhem in stride.
Cons
We need more rockstars to add to our already impressive team.
