    Pros

    Team oriented
    Fast paced
    Incredible office culture
    Very flexible hours
    Acknowledge of good work product
Interaction with all levels of management

    Cons

Some cases will consist of hours of mundane data entry but if you have worked there for awhile and shown your worth through your work product, you will quickly be given better and more interesting tasks

    Advice to Management

Do a better job of recruiting within the firm. RAs do not necessarily get the feeling that this position could lead to full time hire after graduation

I worked at Resolution Economics LLC part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Gave me exposure to the economics consulting world. People are very friendly and if you do your job well, you will get more work from others. Very understanding when it comes to getting your school work done before work.

    Cons

Sometimes it can be slow or the work can be repetitive. If it gets too busy, you have to juggle coming in to the office on weekends.

    Advice to Management

I dont really have any advice for the management other than keep doing what you're doing because it works.

    Pros

    Great environment, employees, office location
    Own desk
Great stocked kitchen, coffee, food, etc.

    Cons

Data entry can be taxing and repetitive, days can get long, some projects are easier than others, some interns have to do more work than others

    Advice to Management

Be more interactive with interns - make them meet everyone early one so that consultants know who to ask for help

    Pros

Great place to enter the data analysis field. Lots of SAS learning opportunities and room for growth.

    Cons

Work can be repetitive and demanding at times which is to be expected from a litigation consulting firm.

    Advice to Management

Continue to find ways to make a appealing environment to attract top talent.

    Pros

Flexible schedule and great pay as a Research Assistant for a student. Basically the perfect part time job in a nice office with a friendly, casual atmosphere and people. And when there are no cases to help out with (which happened fairly often), you can study or do whatever else you want and still get paid during your hours. A lot of fellow interns chose to stay and got hired full time.

    Cons

Most of the work is data entry so it can be repetitive and boring.

    Advice to Management

Nothing really, everyone I knew at the time was great.

I have been working at Resolution Economics LLC full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Exposure to statistical programming. Decent work-ife balance. Beverly Hills location.

    Cons

Work can get repetitive at times. Sometimes have weeks where you consistently need to stay late to meet a deadline.

    Advice to Management

Develop a more formal training process for new employees.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Resolution Economics LLC full-time

    Pros

Friendly people, young office environment, helpful coworkers. Great for learning programming and picking up analytical skills. Work with Fortune 500 companies. Firm promotes from within.

    Cons

Work can be repetitive. Due to their specialization in Wage and Hour and Discrimination Cases, the firm has put themselves in a niche market. Therefore the casework that comes in can be tend to have many things in common. Politics play a role in work distribution. Strange organizational structure where managers outnumber those below them, thereby impacting the flow of work distribution.

    Advice to Management

Work distribution, Company Culture, Organizational Structure.
