    I have been working at ResortCom full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Management is dedicated to positive culture shift, co-workers love their jobs, on-site performance coach, weekly company-wide "fun" meetings, everyone I've met is positive and kind of awesome

    Cons

    Company is in different buildings, so some walking involved in the Vegas heat if you're meeting with people throughout the day, some jobs overlap

    Advice to Management

    A small thing: Address the overlapping jobs issue by better defining whose job is what and systematizing how everyone works together.

    Pros

    The managers are great

    Cons

    No training they assume you know what they do Agents take bookings from others as they get hourly plus commission Booking team only books their friends Spiffs never get paid Dont use people to their potential Upper management needs to treat all team members the same Favoritism is bad

    Advice to Management

    Train your people put rules in place stick to them dont favor people on your team when they steal from people Let everyone do their jobs the system you have now sucks

    I have been working at ResortCom full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    You get the opportunity (in the right department) to visit the resorts in Mexico. The bonuses are pretty decent if you push hard.

    Cons

    Crappy mandatory OT in high season, no raises at all in 4 years, and no opportunities for advancement.

    Advice to Management

    Give your employees raises for their dedication to your company. Do company outings to boost morale.

    Pros

    SOME of the people, paid time off, free week in Mexico when you complete a year, benefits like 401k and insurance, Fun Thursday meetings

    Cons

    There's a lot of favoritism, you can't trust management, It sucks having to tell people they're stuck with a time share they don't want and the rules change every other week
