    I have been working at Resorts World Manila

    Pros

    Best reason is that I've been familiarize and been known all the aspects of being a casino cashier. From soft count, window transactions and settlememts.

    Cons

    Heavy work load cause everyday we got the chance to work in every department and when I was hired the company is badly ineed od manpower.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to maximize the manpower be somehow employee oriented.

    Prestigious hotel resort, provides a rich culture working environment, committed in delivering high class of service, lenient in office timings, wide selection of career path and development

    Cons

    Some bosses are too difficult to handle, at times very inconsiderate when there are tight deadlines, salary package i got was too low/ below my expectation.
