I worked at Resource Area For Teaching - RAFT full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

organizational mission to help teachers improve the classroom and help children learn
focus in math and science education
retail product mix aligned to customer need
    great staff

    Cons

Leadership focus - not directed to most important issues
Leadership inability to remove themselves from daily operations
    financial/ budget leadership lacking
employee morale severely lacking, due to company not recognizing employee value and importance to successful business operation.

    Advice to Management

After many changes in the leadership team in a short time span, it appears the Board has taken appropriate action to turn around the company. This long missing component gives staff an opportunity to re-engage in their work, improve the organization, and provide world-class support to their customer base, who really need that support.

    Pros

Meeting different students is very interesting experence and you can teach many people what you can do. When they learnt things from you, you would feel good.

    Cons

Meeting different students is very interesting experence. However, it means that you have to understand and adjust to people who have different personalities, which is tiring.

    Advice to Management

No matter what kind of situation you encounter, just try your best and continuely do it, you will get somethings.
