    Pros

Great co-workers and fun environment. Pay is average for area. Great Supervisor. Very hands on and allows you to take ownership.

    Cons

Long hours at times. Very fast paced work schedule and you have to be a very detailed organized person to keep up.

    Advice to Management

Work on purposely showing appreciation for your staff. Even little things can go a long way for healthy environment.

Easy, good for people who like to be in fast pace environments, and very social

    Cons

1 break of 30mins., sitting for 8 & 9 hrs, and may have to worker longer if the job has a set date to be done

    Pros

Easy to get hired and to get experience for better jobs management treats you well and over all co-workers all get along

    Cons

Pay is low compared to over companies in the industry health benefits are terrible and very expensive. It's a place to go if you need a paycheck

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees more maybe you won't have high turnover and over all happy employees also get insurance plan that is affordable whats better coverage

    Pros

Locally owned company with good intentions-has been well regarded in the past by clients and employees-centrally located-ethical for the most part.

    Cons

Inconsistent standards for performance, if you are liked you get a pass, if not you are held accountable. Immature, unprofessional behavior by a few employees is ignored and/or tolerated. Conflict is handled very poorly and avoided to the detriment of the company.
Management does not have a well defined vision for the company.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time and money on training. Invest in your staff. Make sure the people you make managers are actual leaders who know how to manage. If they aren't then either train them or make a change. Don't be so afraid to have tough conversations.

I worked at Resource One full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Off most holidays. Relaxed dress code. Boss is hardly there.

    Cons

Rude to tenants. Unprofessional. NO talking or listening to music in the office. Office manager is a control freak and a micro manager. Office manager is very unstable and emotional. A lot of back stabbing. NO benefits.

    Advice to Management

Treat your tenants with more respect and they would be more willing to do what you ask of them. Get rid of the office manager because she is the root of your problems. You think that she is doing you a favor by spying on everyone and all she is doing in causing more drama in the work place.

I have been working at Resource One full-time

    Pros

They are flexible and willing to work with their employee schedule. No point system.

    Cons

It's a very bad place to be. They make you work like crazy. They don't provide any supplies for their employees. You have to bring your own glue, buy your own bottle spray, bring your own tools, or sometime you have to make anything out of it to do your job

    Advice to Management

The manager need to find way to improve production instead of pressuring the supervisor or the employee to get the number. Also, this place need to be more organized. The mechanics at night most likely refused to help the people on the floor. They throw everything to the supervisor instead of doing their job. The manager need to understand that sometime the employee doesn't get their number bc of machine issues instead of getting mad at the supervisor n employees. Raise is horrible. This place is too cheap to buy bandage for their employees or glue or any supplies.
