I have been working at Resources For Human Development full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Very flexible and pleasant people to work with.

    They have flexible hours.

    Cons

Management does not know what they are doing.

Have to pay through the nose for health benefits. Now paying around 20% of pay for health benefits.

No room for advancement. They will not promote from within.

They promote that they are a premiere place to work but they are far from it.

    Advice to Management

Take better care of the individuals that you have.

    Pros

Really hands off and no one is breathing down your neck all the time. They do not micromanage their employees (at least for TSS) which is nice.

    Cons

Way too hands off honestly... Since being hired they basically left me alone with little to no direction on what to do. I was barley trained and barley told what to do to sign up for cases. They require weekly supervision and you have to get 30 hours of additional training after being hired within two months but they give no indication of how or when that is supposed to happen.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to what your employees are doing and help them get integrated into their roles.
