    Pros

    Learned a ton about the recovery model, different psych medication and their effects. Decent pay and benefits.

    Cons

    I wasn't the biggest fan of management. There are a lot of changes going on, in the future they may improve.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure all managers are on the same page.

    I have been working at Resources For Human Development (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I started as an intern at RHD's corporate office and was able to transition into a full-time role a few months after graduation. I love the open environment and the diversity at my organization, but my favorite thing about RHD = no dress code!!

    Cons

    Open communication is needed as organization goes through a restructure.

    Advice to Management

    Management should consider annual performance/compensation review in order to retain talent.
