    Pros

Most coworkers are nice and down to earth. Minimal micromanagement with knowledgeable supervisors.

    Cons

Morale is down due to a recent restructure. People that stayed are forced to take on more responsibilities that are outside of their abilities.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the direct staff that deal with clients day in and out. Have divisional management actually provide performance evaluations.

    Pros

Series of talented co-workers who persevere until the realization of futility good service delivery hits them over the head. They quit, and another set of talented people are hired...over and over again.

    Cons

Mindless, greedy leadership with little regard for quality of service.

    Advice to Management

Abandon ship and leave the business to qualified professionals.

    Pros

Some great people work here. The company has the right idea. It's hard to find 20 words for a pro here.

    Cons

The management is clueless. They don't listen to their employees. Only friends get promoted here. All talk (and lots of it) from the top down. They set up suggestion boxes and surveys but nothing changes.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the employees under management.

    Pros

I love working with the people we serve!

    Cons

Disparity between Central Office employee PTO plans and the Programs' PTO plans.
The Programs receive much support from Central Office, despite large portions of the Promgrams' revenue going to Central Office.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to Programs and DSPs. They are bringing in the revenue!
