Fast growing company with plenty of job opportunities. Direct manager is awesome. Her manager is awesome and accessible for being a big boss. She and he are really nice people. Love working with them.
Cons
Fast growth brings a lot of work which can have short term strains. Some of the more IT type teams can be a little slower with answers.

- The brown-nosing is seriously real at Resourcing Edge. - My direct management was very two-faced and all members had a 'mean girls' attitude. - No support or guidance from management. Set up for failure. I was treated like a burden and had my emails ignored by my manager, even in urgent situations (i.e. union picket line forming outside of client's headquarters) - centers of excellence are provided, but everyone is just as overworked, stressed and lack structure. Many times the issue could not be resolved, or was just sloppily resolved to quiet the complains - of course, the sloppy work would just cause another issue down the road. - The client that I was placed with treated the team like an HR scapegoat for their high-risk business. Wanted Resourcing edge to create the HR structure that was missing, but gave zero input on his desires or vision and wanted to stay absolutely out of it. - Lack of structure on the client's end spilled over to hours-a-day of cleaning up dumpster fires. Poor company relationship with employee's only brought on hours of daily phone calls and email answering to keep employees in-the-know and satisfied.

This was when they were Sequent … a few nice people (not many).
Cons
Toxic. People are unhappy. And that unhappiness bread toxicity. “It starts at the top” never rang more true. Leadership acted like “employee happiness” was their top priority… they literally fed you this then treated employees like they didn’t matter and were just their to work, regardless of how miserable the circumstances were, to make leadership all the big bucks.

Not told about additional responsibilities during the initial interview, lack of or little training then your are expected to do the job after only a day or two. Managers that should not be managers, no clue as to what their employees do. Ran by family members and their spouses. Tell you you're doing a great job then turn on you.
