    Cons

    The cutting edge technology was sometimes unreliable. This is to be expected with any new technology.

    Pros

    interesting technology - very unique and overall great product concepts. co-workers where very nice.

    Cons

    some top management had power issues and ignored select staff when addressing customer issues. The product kept breaking leaving the account management to resolve issues.

    Advice to Management

    listen to your staff. focus on the customer and the product experience.

    I worked at ResponseLogix full-time

    Pros

    Company at the time was young and expanding, so you had a chance to work fast and really contribute to the team.

    Cons

    Poor Management from the top down, little to no transparency from upper management. Work life was always a challenge and there was no opportunity for growth.

    Advice to Management

    Listen, and respect the people you hire. If you felt these people were good enough to work there you should at least take their opinion in consideration.

    Pros

    great experience and can learn from management. Product offered is relatively new to the market and has huge potential for growth.

    Cons

    ResponseLogix does not pay well. There are quite a few employees that work less hours than you but make more money. Communication between departments is not great.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on the initial product suite rather than trying to take over the industry. Don't spread resources so thin that you forget the core business..
