    I worked at Responsys full-time

    Pros

Responsys was a great place to work, work/life balance, perks, intelligent coworkers. Management was solid and the company went in a solid direction.

    Cons

Promotions, training towards your career path, and things of that nature were non existent. Would have liked to see some investment in employees.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees, stop pretending to be a big company when you're not. Stop the churn in your professional services division.
