I have been working at Restaurant Revolution Technologies full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I have been at RRT for about 3 months now.I love it! *They have someone shadow you on the phone after you complete classroom training. I find this amazing they assist you with ordering, navagating the system and any other questions, I have worked for other work from home companies that were not as helpful and I kinda felt like I was being thrown to the wolves not with RRT they want you to be successful! *Paid weekly...

I worked at Restaurant Revolution Technologies full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

6 Months pros decent, now other than paid weekly not much to be said on pros! Oh wait there is that astounding bonus incentive of 10 cents per call....oh but wait there are numerous stipulations to aguirre that big money...and lets not forget that huge bonus is taxed at 40%

    Cons

Management is laughable at the very least. In the past year we were told unlimited overtime, but in the last six months since hiring a new CEO all overtime has been denied repeatedly, The supervisory team with rrt could and should be compared to a barrel of full monkeys. All kidding aside, the whole upper management team at RRT needs to be fired or retrained. They're suppose to lead the team and yet their metrics...

    Advice to Management

Go back to basics and learn to respect and value employees. Stop with all the negativity and you'd be amazed how much employees would care about their job. You can't treat people like trash and expect them to shine like diamonds.

I have been working at Restaurant Revolution Technologies part-time

    Pros

stay at home job pay is average

    Cons

Management is rude, no growth, pay is very low compared to the calls taken. The schedule is very confusing, Habit & cafe rio customers are ignorant and slow and they should offer more for each client. Some agents are more skilled with a variety of restaurants but the pay scale is still the same. You never know if the hours they said you worked is true, as they strategically cut off the hours worked. Unpaid bonuses...

    Advice to Management

Work on your overhead RUDE supervisors/lead, pay your employees what they deserve, schedule people appropriately instead of sending out panic request begging the same employees you treat like dirt. Very narcissistic staff & the pay is similar to Mexican workers with no visa.

I have been working at Restaurant Revolution Technologies part-time

    Pros

The only pro is the fact it's remote

    Cons

unprofessional staff, horrible and confusing schedule, unprofessional training, low pay compared to workload, pay rate is extremely low and raises are non-existent.

    Advice to Management

Invest in better leadership, as the staff is rude, does not know how to communicate on a professional level & it's clear the team reflect the leadership.

I have been working at Restaurant Revolution Technologies full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

I have been with rrt for almost 1.5 years. You get to work from home, and they really do work with you on your schedule.. if you have open availability this job is definitely for you. It is a food industry, so there are times where it is a lot busier than others.. management is awesome, and most every employee besides a few are very awesome to work with.

    Cons

Some people are favored over others.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

You can work from home. You can make a mistake and you will get helped and not criticized. The clients are fun. You have a big team of people when you need help. Pay is weekly.

    Cons

Long hours, low pay, little benifits or incentives.

I have been working at Restaurant Revolution Technologies full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I've worked for startup companies in the past. Some of them not so good. I can tell you with RRT I've had a tremendous experience. One of the hardest things I found when trying to get a work from home position was that they were always looking for people that had previous experience. RRT was willing to train new employees in how to work from an at home environment. Their trainers were very competent, and provided...

    Cons

Not being able to have face to face interactions with a lot of my co-workers stinks. There are so many of them I would probably hang out with on a regular basis.

    Advice to Management

Great choice on the new CEO. I was a geeky nerd fan of Napster back in the day. Aces.

    Pros

working at home and no commuting to work

    Cons

they hire and promote family, many without basic skills to be promoted. Clear favoritism shown daily, almost nothing in chat for support, the client believes we are less than them and told don't figure it out, script only. Less than poor upper management support. required to post hours in shift coverage chat without pay. any work at home duties are to be paid. supervisors talks about order takers behind there back ,like...

    Advice to Management

New CEO , no changes outside a website to attract more clients. Remember, if there was no one taking the food orders, you would still be a team of 15. Stop the upper management from hiring because there mom is a supervisor, promote outside from within equally based off skills not personal opinion of that person , if it keeps on the same course, you probably have a class action suit.
