Good money during sporting events. Very clean kitchen and nice menu. Decent POS system and able to comp a certain dollar amount of drinks for guests each shift.
Poor management. Many employees have been their for years and get away with whatever they want. Liquor in wells not standard (4 types of vodka in each rail).
Advice to Management
Bring in someone to change the systems that are in place only because a few people are "used" to them. Use social media and specials to bring people in when there is not an event.
