I worked at Restoration Hardware full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They have great quality product that sells itself. The designs that the team creates are inspirational and their portfolio of work is incredible.

    Cons

Micromanagement, little room to move up in the company, and egotistical designers and management. Leaders don't take feedback well and look over your shoulder constantly. Customer Service is a nightmare as well, trying to get product that isn't backordered can be hard certain times of the year as well.

I worked at Restoration Hardware part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Generous employee discount and a supportive management team. I felt valued as an employee and was excited to be part of a company that was pushing the boundaries of a traditional furniture retailer.

    Cons

The con is true to any retail job - you are required to work weekends and Holidays.

I have been working at Restoration Hardware full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Nice co-workers. Functional computers. Paycheck.

    Cons

Terrible management. This place is insane. It’s run like a cult. The CEO has too much power. Abusive treatment of employees. Awful managers expect people to stay until late night hours and Saturdays, but will reprimand you if you arrive late or take a day off. Run away!!!
