    Pros

Great people, great place. Benefits were awesome and I wish they were generous with some of the hours to the store associates

    Cons

Expectations were high for certain galleries without the proper district leadership. The company has to set clear expectations when conducting their morning meetings.

I have been working at Restoration Hardware full-time

    Pros

Excellent teams and quality talent. Exciting industry. Lots of room for growth both within the company and for the company as a whole. There are real opportunities to own and affect projects that you are passionate about.

    Cons

High expectations of output from employees, but not much is done in terms of keeping employees happy. No real company culture. Lots of workaholics.

    Advice to Management

A little company culture would go a long way to keep top talent longer term.
