I have been working at Restoration Hardware as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fast pace and great employees. I've been able to flex into various and challenging roles which has enabled me to feel connected to the final product. Reimbursement for out of pocket costs is seamless and always accurate.

    Cons

So far I not found any, although many people from other departments have listed off a bevy of their concerns to me about their experiences, which I have chose to file under "every challenge is unique and requires a unique solution".

    Advice to Management

Coming from a ten year background in management myself, I would recommend an SOP for the department I work in. This would enable all new hires to be on the same page during the training process, and would allow for measurable employee metrics.
