    Pros

    There is a great culture of awesome people that work there the pay is great and management is awesome . Lots of room to grow into management if you're willing to put in the work.

    *Decent pay compared to the other centers averaginh around 12.00 - 12.50. *Some good team members.

    Cons

    *Poor management *Unclear Direction and Procedures *Had to fight for two weeks after leaving to get my last two weeks pay, still don't understand why

    Too much going on, where is the Focus?

    Pros

    Benefits, bonuses for reaching certain metrics, Attendance bonus, chance to win prizes, lots of food and popcorn days (company provided) like nachos for example, on the floor training, big screen tvs on the floor so you don't miss the football game, OT opportunities

    Cons

    most metrics are almost impossible to reach, management is hard to find when you need them, every supervisor says something different, bonuses are rarely paid correctly, sometimes breaks are taken away because of call volume, each hour you miss counts as 1point and you can get fired at 45 points, doctor notes are not taken, training is nothing like the actual job, on the job training is cut short even if you aren't making your metrics you are forced out on the floor before you are ready because staffing is low, inconsistency among supervisors and team leads can make it frustrating, job responsibilities change often, pay rate

    Pros

    Overtime? I don't know. The company is just awful. I guess if you're desperate for a job and are a student or something it could be ok, but other than that?

    Cons

    I have never worked in an environment where sexual harassment was not only tolerated, but the accused have been promoted multiple times! Their attendance tracker is a joke, they come up with "points" for everything, won't justify them, then proceed to write you up for them. They deny bonuses that people earned due to "too many points" BUT some people with more points end up getting the bonus??? There is no integrity in this company at all. Somehow, 3 of the supervisors on my project "just happen" to be related. They will do anything to avoid paying you what you deserve as far as bonuses and even hours worked, there's dozens of wage claims and unemployment claims against this company and even a couple lawsuits.
