I worked at Resurrection Health Care full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I worked on some great projects and there was good work-life balance.

    Cons

The culture was not very good because there did not seem to be a strong connection to company goals and senior leadership did not seem to try to connect with employees.

    Advice to Management

The company was going through a merger but there was not a sense of community. Senior management did not make a effort to reach out/connect with employees.
