    Pros

    Free use of gym if you get time.
    Meeting great people(members not employees).

    Cons

    Individually owned, not all owners are good.
    High turnover, due to low pay.
    Immature, unreliable, staff.
    Horrible owners who believe what they want and operate immorally.

    Advice to Management

    Sell.

    Pros

    Can move up to management fairly quick.
    Great corporate support.

    Cons

    Extremely high turn over.
    Franchise and owners varies which can prove challenging.
    Poor leadership

    Great atmosphere! The owners actually work out there and have a great rapport with the client base!

    Cons

    nothing major, pay is not great, but you'll gain a lot of experience with working with a diverse group of clients with varying physical abilities
