I have been working at Retro Fitness part-time

    Pros

Very flexible schedule, clients are signed up for you instead of needing to get them all yourself like other gyms force you to

    Cons

Equipment is often broken (and left that way for way too long), pay isn't all that great, especially before you establish your client base

    Advice to Management

I don't know if the fault lies with management or the owners but broken equipment needs to be replaced as soon as possible. It makes the gym as a whole look bad. Other than that, management seems to be on top of things.

I have been working at Retro Fitness part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Being handed clients and not having to worry about building your own client base. Only having to go to work to simply do what you love and meet new people. Also having total control of your schedule.

    Cons

Seeing too many people consecutively in one day in such a short time frame. Having to train someone for 30 minutes and then running to grab the next client scheduled repeatedly for 10-20 times a day.
