    Cons

They do not give raises as they should. There was a moment where a male coworker of mine got a raise before me and I was working there longer than he.

I worked at Retro Fitness full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Full benefits plus 401k match. Yearly convention is in Disney World and is fully paid for by the company. Operations management was very nice/helpful.

    Cons

Unfairly low base salary with the understanding of a large end of year bonus- which they never paid!! Take full advantage of their employees. Everyone paid differently for the same job. High expectations, with no reward for hard work. Oh and they will fire you for any little thing because they feel their employees are worthless.

I worked at Retro Fitness full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The employees and the workers. Good corporate support. Free gym and Maximum Health and Wellness access. Cool dress code. Lots of learning opportunities.

    Cons

Owners. Low pay. Dealing with rude customers. Long and inconsiderate hours. Doing 4 peoples jobs at the same time for next to nothing money,

    Advice to Management

Don’t get taken advantage off. Don’t overdeliver because they just want more for left money the more you do for them.
