    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

There is a cohesiveness about this company. The people here understand each other and work together to accomplish company goals.

    Cons

The benefits are minimal and the pay is not comparable to other Silicon Valley companies. Only a few people possess higher education degrees.

    Advice to Management

Hire smarter workers and smarter upper levels of management who are innovative and who are A-players. They need to work on their operations.
