I have been working at Reval full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Very friendly place to work, management is caring, god growth opportunities, flexible with work/life balance. I have been with Reval for a few years and cannot consider moving elsewhere, I love my department and my management team. There is tons of knowledge to gain and resources are very knowledgeable and informative. The CEO and executive team are super friendly and very easy to approach. The company is constantly doing great things with improving itself to showcase as an industry leader. The client base continues to grow and all signs lead to fast growth and strong foundation.

    Cons

401 benefits are not as appealing as your large companies (but the company has a great compensation plan to make up for it). Health benefits are a little expensive but that is not really the company doing, its more industry hikes.

I worked at Reval full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Reval has a very close knit team environment and is a great fun place to work and grow. It definitely fosters a great work-life balance. Since it has a small firm feel, there is definitely room for career growth if you know your 'thing'. And there is definitely great opportunities to learn on the job as the projects are usually new and interesting things coming up in Risk Management space.

    Cons

Reval has great reserves of smart techies n smarter deal makers. It sure has a tremendous upside potential for growth as a firm, but one that has yet to be 'unlocked' !

I have been working at Reval

    Pros

Good work/life balance and a flat management structure so no bureaucracy. Pretty good communication within the firm. The organization is growing at a steady rate so more opportunities to develop skills than before. Pretty fun atmosphere for work, there is break room with a pool table, ping pong table and large flat screen TV.

    Cons

Space is getting a little cramped given the growth. It is sometimes hard to get a conference room for meetings.
