      Pros

      Very insightful training, great hands on individual and group projects, and great resources provided.

      Cons

      Much of the learning is done on your own, placement is not guaranteed(i got laid off).

      Pros

      Training coach was friendly and enthusiastic about the material that was covered.

      Cons

      Training is short (about 10 weeks for my case) and therefore doesn't go deeply into depth on any of the topics discussed. Once you exited training, you're pretty much in limbo until they can find you something which, in my case, can last for more than a month.

      Pros

      Learn a lot of skills as a developer. Gain experience with interviews. Practice challenges and mock interviews. You are able to work with new clients to gain real world experience Many opportunities to improve your weaknesses.

      Cons

      Tough environment because you need to learn a lot of new material that you may not know. Lots of testing and interviews and it can be difficult if unprepared.
