Transparency, every decision, updates, status and ideas are relayed to ALL employees regularly you never feel in the dark. You really feel a part of something working for Revcontent and everyone is pulling in the same direction.

    Pros

Many pros unfortunately they’re all a distraction from inner toxic environment

    Cons

Leadership -> people who weren’t cool in high school ..they play favorites, lie, gossip, get drunk, drip in hypocrisy, blame you for not delivering instead of giving proper direction, and keep their mouths shut when someone needs support. It will take me a long time to reset my brain to what a professional and supportive work environment is actually like in the real world.
