Glad to be a part of the RevContent family!
Apr 8, 2015 - Anonymous Employee in Sarasota, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
This company operates with a high level of agility. Our growth over the past 12 months speaks volumes for the direction both our industry and our company are headed in. Couple that steady growth with a great environment full of highly intelligent people and an open forum for ideas to be shared and you have one of the best situations anyone could ask for. I actually look forward to coming to work everyday and that's a testament to the culture that we've built and continue to develop here at RevContent.
Cons
I really don't have any cons...

I love working for Revcontent
Feb 23, 2016 - Anonymous Employee in Sarasota, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Revcontent gives you autonomy and the ability to do your job with full support but no micromanaging. We have flexible schedules and unlimited PTO which really reminds me how much the company values me as a professional and individual with family, commitments, etc. Open door policy- I know i can talk to my supervisors if need be. We can bring our dogs to work. It is a fun, loving environment where everyone is working together towards a common goal. I feel that most Revcontent employees really believe in the company and are committedloyees really believe in the company and are committedloyees really believe in the company and are committed to its success. A lot of thought is put into who they hire, the diversity of people and personalities really meshes well and makes the environment extremely fun. We have a gym, a financial adviser to use, and fun company wide events/parties.
Cons
The only con i can think of is training could be more thorough, but it is understandably hard as native advertising is constantly changing and Revcontent stays ahead of the game.

Great opportunities, constantly challenge yourself
May 6, 2015 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
RevContent is very fast paced due to the growth and goal to constantly be the best and provide the best service to our clients, and for the overachievers that the company employs, it's perfect. If you fall outside of the overachiever personality, the RevContent culture may be too much for you. For the rest of us, it provides the perfect opportunity to be constantly challenged, grow, and experience a diverse set of problems, clients, and colleagues.
Cons
It is a complex landscape, it requires an active stake in wanting to understand all the moving parts, otherwise you run the risk of drowning. Smart, assertive people will rise to the top. Those who try to just get by, will struggle.

Lots of changes... For the better
Feb 19, 2019 - Anonymous Employee in Sarasota, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Current leadership has opened a line of clear and effective communication. Their dedication to the success of the company, and employees, shows much more than it did under previous leadership. Everyone seems to be re-invigorated and excited about the future of Revcontent. We know where we are going and we know how to get there. After years of feeling like we were wandering aimlessly towards some 'pie in the sky' idea, we have a tangible, realistic, and exciting goal. The people who work at Revcontent are the best of the best. They are at the top of their game and they truly care about not only the success of the business but the success of those around them. Great benefits - bring your dog to work, casual dress code, unlimited time off, etc. Also in a great area of town, lots of options for lunches and after work get-togethers.
Cons
Although positive, a lot of things have changed over the past few months. Some things are still being tweaked and moved so sometimes things change quickly. Some of the changes were drastic so give employees some time adjust and also make sure they know that we now (finally) have a truly open line of communication to the decision makers of company.

A breath of fresh air
Mar 29, 2018 - Anonymous Employee in Sarasota, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Ability for employees to identify opportunities and to completely own a strategy to address it, ultimately making Revcontent a better service. Family feel. The people here truly care about each other and are willing to go out of their way to help with anything. Adaptability. Revcontent is not stuck in their ways. If there is a better way to do something or an opportunity to change, Revcontent and its leadership are quick to adjust and empower employees to find success.
Cons
It is extremely fast paced. That means priorities are always moving and employees have to understand how to get things done while also staying informed about what is on the horizon.

The toughest and best job I've ever had
Feb 3, 2015 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The company is growing extremely quickly, and luckily everyone is passionate about what they do. No one just goes through the day here. Everyone is engaged, working, and playing hard to make sure RevContent reaches its full potential.
Cons
Not much that I can think of, the compensation is competitive and while many of the positions here do require work outside of normal business hours, that comes with the territory.
