    Pros

    The training and guidance I experienced at Reveneer (CSOR) is unmatched. Not only was I armed with the necessary tools to launch a successful sales career, but the personal guidance I received from mentors made it fun, challenging, and opened the door for many opportunities. Aside from the training and guidance, Reveneer provides an excellent opportunity for young sales reps to gain exposure to top software companies in the world. Greg is someone everyone can learn from and look up to in and out of the office.

    Pros

    Reveneer is a tremendous, TREMENDOUS, place to work. You will not find the level of organization, training, and sales process development at most other places you are looking to start your career in sales. Not only that, but the culture is second-to-none. This is a company that truly cares about its employees, and it shows. Reveneer considers its employees its greatest strength, and it definitely feels that way when you are there.

    I would not have left Reveneer if I did not make a personal decision to move across the country. If you want to get into sales and are looking for a place that will give you all the right tools, training, and support, then I implore you to apply to this magnificent company.

    Absolutely none in my experience.

    Continue to listen and make decisions the same way you do now.

    Great people. Awesome training. They put you in the best position possible to become successful as a BDR and higher!

    None that I can think of.

    Advice to Management

    CEO and CFO are great and always have their employees best interests in mind. Very supportive and always willing to set some time on the calendar to talk no matter who it is.

    Pros

    Great entry level sales job. Leadership will mentor anyone willing to work hard. Catered lunch and beer every Friday. Reveneer only promotes from within.

    Cons

    Base salary is low. Bonus pay is only decent until you start getting promoted. Although the first year may be tough financially, skills learned at Reveneer will propel you to long term success.

    Don't lose sight of our Reveneer's great culture as the company grows.

    Pros

    Excellent sales training for an entry level position with no prior sales experience. Love the open floor style and the culture that makes Reveneer so special. All of my team members and peers are supportive and help where they can. Great opportunity for career growth into team lead, management, etc. Exposure to different technologies and services.

    Building amenities and quality (bathrooms, lobby, etc)

    Growth is great, don’t lose the culture!

    base pay could be a bit higher, but it makes sense paired with overall benefits for an entry level position.
