I have been working at Revitas full-time

    Pros

Experienced leadership team that is always accessible and available for questions or guidance.

Strong collaboration between different departments to make sure information is presented to clients and prospective clients accurately.

Forward thinking leadership team. Willing to make the investment in products and solutions to best position ourselves in the market place. Recently launched SaaS, multi-tenant CLM platform that has received great reviews and feedback in the market. Unbelievable dedicated team that worked around the clock to make sure the product was launched before the aggressive go live date.

We are on pace to have best year since I have been employed here.

    Excellent work environment.

    Cons

Owned by PE Firm, so there is no guarantee what the future holds. Can be taxing at times balancing the speculation of not if, but when the company will be acquired, and fall out for employees.
