I worked at Revlon, Inc. full-time

    Pros

Benefits, Summer Fridays, Paid vacation, free products, employee discount, company name for your resume

    Cons

No bonus & no overtime pay (no exceptions)
Upper management changes ridiculously frequently. No sense of direction or job security within the organization.
Useful people with experience are gone and positions are filled with recent graduates that get paid much less and do not know anything about the work. Since everybody either left or got let go, there's no one to properly train them. Company morale is as low as it can get. No sense of growth within the company - managers are mediocre and do not appreciate their people. Young employees do not want to devote themselves to the company since they get no appreciation or opportunities for growth. Everyone just there to cover their tracks, blame others and survive another day. Everyone is either worked to death or is wasting so much time training new people who are likely to leave within a year. Hiring proper people is near impossible due to the company's reputation. I am not surprised.
The environment is toxic. Everyone (including your own team members) will try to make you do something that's not part of your job or find your small mistake and multiply it 100 times. Useless gossips never stop circulating around.
Company does not know how to manage budget. It is losing so much money from mistakes and poor / haste decision making that they don't even know how to recover from it. They are surely losing trust from this industry for good.

I have been working at Revlon, Inc. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

well known brand, beautiful office views, healthy snacks

    Cons

The Executive Leadership Team encourages conflict among employees, overstepping boundaries (expecting employees to work late and on the weekends as the norm), and seems to enjoy making their underlings cry (on any day of the week, you can find a good number of employees crying in the bathroom or at their desks)

    Advice to Management

Culture is created from the top down. If you want to end the toxic environment, lead with trust and respect for the people under you not through tension and bullying.

I have been working at Revlon, Inc. full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Slightly higher pay than other competitors to retain or poach employees from other manufacturers

    Cons

Management runs on the "fear" culture. Ultimatums and Stressful environment
Employees being asked to accomplish tasks using tools or lack thereof in which the employee has no experience in and if the
No formal training provided and expectation is to learn everything on the fly and provide deliverables in a short period of time
Involuntarily changed the job to a new role without consultation by lying about the new job, telling me its not different but 2 weeks later asking to accomplish tasks that were never a part of the job description.
Absolutely zero perks, doesn't even have a company store

    Advice to Management

Remove arrogant senior leaders, including the CEO
Provide the right training to people if you're expecting them to learn new skills and tools they have no prior experience in
