    Flexible schedule
    Fun problem solving work days
    Independent jobs
    Drive time and milage stipends
    Work with management at accounts
    Ability to make sales while in accounts

    Cons

    Seasonal work
    Unreliable in terms of consistency
    When you get work it's full time, but the rest of the season is pretty sparse.

    Advice to Management

    It would be great if we could have a little more consistency in the amount of work we receive.

    office moral is at an all time low, high turnover due to lack of company direction, lack of good senior management and indifferent to employee satisfaction and dignity.

    Pros

    The people are really nice to work with. They are generallyVery friendly and a lot of them are professional and reliable.

    Cons

    Bad management. Love hiring temporary workers. The hiring management seems to be chaotic, hiring people and using them without giving enough commitment just seem to be unreasonable

    Very relaxed atmosphere, easy-going environment, occasional company perks such as free pizza

    Cons

    Lack of organization within the company and people generally seem to leave within the first year or so of working there.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate more effectively as one working piece instead of segregating work within divisions. Hire more young people who have new innovative ideas.

    Pros

    It serves as a good learning experience and depending on who you are placed with the managers can be great or terrible. You work on cost saving projects which help you get a better understanding of manufacturing.

    Cons

    There are a lot of changes going on and it seems that the interns are always the last to know.

    Advice to Management

    Include more people with what the company is doing and how it affects them.

    Pros

    Overall good hardworking Co workers. Every other Friday off. Nail salon on site.

    Cons

    Horrible decisions being made by senior level management which is resulting in lost sales and opportunity. No collaboration between departments. Silos. Poor communication. No direction or planning.

    Advice to Management

    Listen. Plan. Appreciate the employees you have and recognize them for doing their jobs.
