I worked at Revolution Cleaners full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Easy job. Lots of customer contact. Some flexibility. Routine days keeps things simple.

    Cons

Gets redundant and boring. Workload is not always fair. Tasks have to be finished, even after hours, usually without help. No room for growth. Pay is low and without benefits.

    Advice to Management

Create a bonus plan. Offer higher wages when people EARN them, not just give the good wage to new people. Have some sort of review and merit increase plan for good employees.

    Pros

Not a high stress position. Lots of customer contact and self motivated, unsupervised work. Scheduling is flexible.

    Cons

CSRs are constantly asked to work in different locations. The work is mundane. They pay is ok, but reviews and raises after the initial trial period are not easy to come by. Managers are not paid well.

    Advice to Management

Provide team members for the positions necessary. Pay a little better to keep good people.

    Pros

    Organized company.

    Plenty of communication.
Support to provide the best customer service.
    Good environment.

    Cons

The offer only 5 days off per year, including sick days.
The salary is not very competitive.
They do not offer a good health plan and there's no retirement plan.

    Advice to Management

You do a good job managing the Company and it must grow in the market. Maybe, to keep employees, you should review the salary and benefits.
