    Solid company with good QUALITY RECORD. I WAS WITH THEM 14 YEARS AND CHOSE TO DO CONTRACT WORK.

    Pros

    Management is awesome. A lot better then my older jobs. This place operates and runs the best as far as people go. The management seems to be precise and none of which are hard on you. the best place to work for management. the best. I am a more than happy employee. as long as the plant is here. I will retire from here. Great job!

    Challenges are the hours you have to work sometimes covering for another's vacation.

    Pros

    This is a great company to work for. The people get along for the most part and the pay and benefits are higher than most.

    Cons

    Company being bought and split up. It will be sad to not work with many of the people I have worked with for years.

    Advice to Management

    Plant Management too lean for the amount of work expected.

    Pros

    Very good pay and very good benefits with a 4 on 4 off 12 hour shift rotating schedule. The company is safety conscious.

    Cons

    There is lots of competition in the market which makes for possible layoffs when a loss of contract happens. The production ability is capable of exceeding market demand.

    Pros

    Has good work balance, reasonable benefit. Top management has regular meeting with the employee and good committee on safety work environment.

    Cons

    Business units are sold off or close down during the crisis. Consolidation and sustainability issue should has been analyses better to prevent it. Company has quite a bit of debt.

    Advice to Management

    Continue with the good work. Overall good management. Could create more identity for all sites instead of only a few site in Europe and Latin America.
