    I have been working at Rexel Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Good benefits. Sometimes flexible work schedule.

    Cons

    No advancement from within. Hires are mostly external. Turnover high. Absolutely no culture. Just a job.

    Advice to Management

    Good luck. Its sad how long time employees are treated.
